Improved & Increased Cleaning Frequency
Implementation of an enhanced cleaning program including frequent cleaning of all high touch point areas. Hand Sanitisers are provided throughout all public areas while face masks, additional sanitisers and disinfectant wipes are readily available at the Front Desk.
All individuals are required to undergo a temperature check upon entry. A digital health declaration is to be completed upon arrival and can be accessed via hotel tablets or your own device by scanning a QR Code.
All guests, staff and visitors are required to follow government standards of physical distancing, with a minimum of 1.5m apart. Face Masks are to be worn at all times, and partitions have been installed on our front desk for further physical distancing.
Conference & Events
We look forward to welcoming your meetings, conference & events back to Bayview Eden Melbourne with our new COVID-Safe protocols. Offering a private entrance away from the main hotel lobby, our event spaces tick all the boxes to have a COVID-Safe event. All conference and event room set ups have been allocated the proper social distancing policies, density regulations and additional cleaning & disinfecting procedures. New and innovative catering menus with individual servings are available for selection.
Staff Training & Communication
Regular and continuous staff training is conducted for all team members on all new and updated COVID-Safe procedures. All workplaces have been curated for social distancing in line with our COVID-Safe protocols.
It is mandatory for all hotel business partners, suppliers and contractors to follow strict policies and procedures as set out in our COVID-Safe plan to ensure smoother and safe delivery of goods, as well as the maintenance of all hotel equipment(s) and facilities at all times.
